Pak Jong-chon, vice chairman of the Central Military Commission of the Workers' Party, highlighted the need to enhance firepower readiness in the region. He stated that the upgraded rockets, equipped with an autonomous pinpoint guide system, can strike targets up to 115 kilometers away.
