Hyundai Motor reports strong sales of its second-generation Palisade SUV, nearing 300,000 units globally.
Hyundai Motor Co. has announced that its second-generation Palisade, a flagship large SUV, is close to achieving 300,000 global sales. Since its launch in January 2025, the Palisade has sold approximately 281,920 units as of August, averaging about 15,000 units sold per month.
The Palisade has seen particularly strong demand in North America, with its hybrid variant accounting for over 72% of sales in the first eight months of this year. This model debuted six years after the first-generation Palisade was introduced in December 2018.
Cumulative sales of both the first and second-generation Palisade models have reached 1.24 million units, with the total surpassing 1 million units in May 2025. The strong performance of the Palisade reflects Hyundai's resilience in the competitive automotive market despite global challenges.
As Hyundai continues to expand its market presence, the Palisade's success underscores the growing consumer preference for larger SUVs and hybrid vehicles.
