Ha Jung Woo is reportedly making a special appearance in the live-action adaptation of 'Solo Leveling,' which is highly anticipated by fans.
According to SPOTV News, he has been offered the role of Hwang Dong Soo, a significant antagonist in the series. His agency, WALKHOUSECOMPANY, responded to the news by stating, 'Nothing has been confirmed.'
In the original webtoon, Hwang Dong Soo is an S-rank Hunter who poses a major threat to the protagonist, Sung Jin Woo, played by Byeon Woo Seok. This adaptation marks a reunion for Ha Jung Woo with directors Lee Hae Jun and Kim Byung Seo, as they previously collaborated on the film 'Ashfall.'
'Solo Leveling' follows the journey of Sung Jin Woo, an E-rank Hunter who gains extraordinary powers after a near-death experience. The series has been in production since May, but a release date has yet to be announced.
As for Ha Jung Woo, he is currently filming the movie 'Inside Men: The Birth of the Villains.' Fans are eagerly awaiting more updates on both projects.
