SM Entertainment announced the news, explaining that Winter had been experiencing health issues leading up to the concert. Despite her condition, she performed at a previous show in Miami on September 26, hoping to recover in time for Dallas.
After the Miami performance, her health did not improve, prompting a visit to the hospital where she received her shingles diagnosis. The agency emphasized Winter's commitment to performing, but ultimately prioritized her health following medical advice.
The concert will continue with the remaining members: Karina, Giselle, and Ningning. Winter expressed her disappointment at missing the show and her eagerness to meet fans again in the future.
