North Korean Prisoners of War Arrive in South Korea from Ukraine

In a notable development, two North Korean soldiers who were captured in Ukraine have successfully reached South Korea after extensive negotiations. This transfer highlights the growing complexities surrounding North Korean defections and international military relations.
