NCSOFT Releases Final Expansion Update for 'Guild Wars 2'

On September 15, NCSOFT will unveil 'Code of Creation,' the concluding major update for the MMORPG 'Guild Wars 2.' This update signifies a pivotal milestone for NCSOFT's flagship title, following the expansion 'Visions of Eternity' released in October 2025.

Developed by ArenaNet, the update allows players to explore the new zone 'Leyspring Hollows,' where they can engage with the final chapter of the expansion's narrative. Players will also have the opportunity to earn new rewards, including armor and weapon sets, as they navigate this fresh environment.

The update introduces cooperative combat content, featuring the 'Nexus of Eternity' raid for 10 players and a Convergence event for up to 50 players. Additionally, 'Solitary Throne,' a Fractal designed for 5 players, adds to the diverse gameplay options.

NCSOFT has promised to roll out higher-difficulty Challenge Modes in the future, enhancing the experience for seasoned players. The update also includes a new legendary weapon, 'Wages of Stars,' alongside new relics to diversify character builds.
